WELCOME to the Warrior Wrestling Youth Club
Our club is devoted to promoting amateur wrestling in Arlington, Texas
and the surrounding area. The club is sanctioned through USA Wrestling which is the national governing body for the sport of wrestling in the United States. Our club competes in USA Wrestling sanctioned events during the months of November through March. Our goal is to teach kids the sport of wrestling in a fun, positive and competitive atmosphere.
All levels of experience are welcome. We take wrestlers ages 5–15.
They will wrestle against kids their size, age and length of experience.
Tournaments
Tournaments are on Saturday and cost from $12.00 to $15.00. There are many tournaments throughout the metroplex. Tournament participation is optional.
Participants
Boys and girls age 5-15
Wrestlers compete in divisions based on age and in specific weight classes.
There are divisions for
• rookies (first year wrestlers only)
• novice (first and second year wrestlers only)
• open (all wrestlers)
